Article 1. Agreement between the parties
By buying on the site us.shop.premiertechaqua.com, the Customer accepts the terms of these terms regarding the sale of parts, or components (hereafter called "Materials") by Premier Tech Water and Environment Inc ('Premier Tech) to the Customer. These conditions apply to all sales made on the website us.shop.premietechaqua.com.

Article 3. Price and payment terms
The payment of the sale price of the Materials will be made according to the terms and maturities of these arrangements. Prices listed on the shop.premiertechaqua.com website are in US dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. All orders are payable in US dollars. If products are to be delivered outside of the US, customs and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The price is payable in full by credit card by a single payment at the time of ordering via the Shopify Payments platform. In making the payment, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions related to the use of the Shopify Payments platform.
