Refund policy
This Refund Policy “Policy” outlines the conditions under Which Premier Tech LTD will issue refunds for products purchased through our website, us.shop.premiertechaqua.com.
Article 1. Eligible products
Products sold by Premier Tech Water and Environment™ via its website https://shop.premiertechaqua.com are not eligible for a free return within 30 days of receipt except in the following cases:
• The product is defective.
• The received product does not match the ordered product.
A product is considered defective if upon receipt, it proves unusable or unable to perform the normal function for which it was intended. If the product becomes defective after one or more uses, please refer to the warranty.
Article 2. Discounted Products
The sale of discounted products is final and cannot be subject to any return or refund from Premier Tech Water and Environment™.
Article 3. Others products
All products that are neither eligible nor discounted can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and return fees as well as taxes on the item(s) will apply.
These fees will be deducted from the refund issued by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.
Article 4. Deadline
The customer wishing to return an eligible or other product must ship it back within 30 days following its receipt, accompanied by the delivery slip. Once this period has passed, Premier Tech Water and Environment™ reserves the right to refuse any return requests.
Article 5. Product terms
Eligible products can only be returned in their original packaging, without having been used. Premier Tech Water and Environment™ reserves the right to refuse any return requests that do not meet these conditions.
Article 6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs related to Eligible Products will be refunded by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.
Shipping costs related to other products will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss and title of ownership related to products purchased from Premier Tech Water and Environment™ is transferred to the customer at the time the product is handed over to the carrier.
Article 8. Cancellation
The customer wishing to cancel their order before shipment will be eligible for a full refund from Premier Tech Water and Environment™.
If the order requires multiple shipments, cancellation can only be made on unshipped items, and the customer will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total price of unshipped products.
Once shipped, cancellation of an order is no longer permitted.
Article 9. Procedure
Any request for return or cancellation must be sent by email to shop.ptwe.na@premiertech.com. Once the products are received and inspected by Premier Tech Water and Environment™, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days to the credit card used for purchase or by any other means considered appropriate by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.
If Premier Tech Water and Environment™ finds that the returned products are not covered by this policy, no refund will be issued, and the shipping and return shipping costs, if any, will be at the customer's expense.
Article 10. Legal Warranty
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. In accordance with Pennsylvania's implied warranty of merchantability, all products we sell are guaranteed to be fit for the ordinary purpose for which they are sold. If you believe a product you purchased is defective or does not function as advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under this warranty, in addition to the rights outlined in our return policy.
Article 11. Conventional Warranty
In addition to the usual legal warranty mentioned above, Premier Tech guarantees that the sold material is suitable for normal use and free from design defects or flaws for eighteen months from the six (6) months following the date of shipment of the Material by Premier Tech. During this period, Premier Tech will provide a replacement part for any defective part free of charge, provided the customer returns the said defective part to Premier Tech. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided by Premier Tech, and the carrier will be selected by them. Product credit will be authorized upon receipt of the Material and validation of product compliance (in new condition). Returned products must be in all original packaging for the return to be considered valid. Premier Tech does not guarantee:
a) Consumable items by the Material (oil, greases, etc.)
b) Parts subject to normal wear and tear
c) Defects resulting from faulty, improper or non-compliant use with the Material's user manual (excessive use, improper storage, inadequate maintenance, climatic, chemical, electrical or mechanical influences, etc.)
d) Labor and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part.
If during the warranty period, the Client repairs the Material, through the part's manufacturer, one of its employees or any other third party other than an authorized Premier Tech representative, Premier Tech may refuse to honor any claim that could have otherwise been covered by the original manufacturer's or conventional warranty.
Premier Tech excludes all liability if during the warranty period, the Client makes any modifications, transformations, repairs, or disassembly of the Material by any third party other than an authorized Premier Tech representative. This warranty will cease to apply upon discovery of any of the situations described above, and Premier Tech may refuse to honor any claim that could have otherwise been covered by the warranty. In this case, the Client must fully bear the costs of repairs for the Material. Premier Tech's responsibility regarding its warranty obligation will in no case exceed the cost of the Material.
